Things to do in London Under £10

London is such an amazing city to visit, and is filled with things to do no matter what your interests are. The only thing about this incredible city is, it can get very expensive! So, I’ve found five things that you can do in London for under £10.

Visit Tower Bridge

Tower Bridge is a very famous landmark in London and is very popular with tourists from all over the world. It is over 125 years old and with so much to discover inside, it is a must see when visiting the city. Adult tickets are £9.80, or £8.80 if you buy in advance online.

Enjoy Views From a Cable Car

The Emirates Air Line is a great way to get some gorgeous views over London with your friends or family. Located in North Greenwich, it makes the perfect day out. Also in the area are markets, restaurants, shops and museums to visit, so why not enjoy a stroll around Greenwich market and then hop on a cable car to enjoy beautiful views over the city? Adult prices for the cable car are £4.40 or £3.50 if paying on an Oyster card.

See The Sights on a Boat Tour

Boat tours run every day along the River Thames and is a great way to see so many of London’s famous landmarks. Wrap up warm and jump on a Thames Clippers cruise to enjoy one of the best ways to get around London. Prices for adults start at £4.40 and go up depending on your ticket type and distance.

Explore The Natural History Museum

The Natural History Museum, located in South Kensington is a great place to visit on your day out in London. There is so much to see and so many interesting facts about all things nature. This is a great place for kids too, and they also have lovely gift shops. Entry to the Museum is free – but please do make a donation on entry if you can.

Stroll around Sky garden

Enjoy incredible views over London from the city’s highest public garden. This is a prefect place to visit day or night, as the views are spectacular. The building itself is filled with beautiful plants to admire and makes a beautiful place to relax in. There are bars and restaurants to enjoy too. Entry is free but you must reserve tickets a couple of weeks in advance online. You cannot get tickets on the door.

As always, love Elise x

London is a notoriously-expensive city to visit, but I do agree with you that there are still free things to check out; you just have to look for them! I got to visit the British Museum for free and a couple of other museums at reasonably prices. And of course, you can’t beat all of the gorgeous scenic views along the Thames (London Eye, Tower Bridge) as well as Big Ben and the Changing of the Guards at Buckingham Palace…all for free! I will definitely have to check out the Sky Garden the next time I’m back in London. ❤
