Whether it’s the fancy finger sandwiches you’ve got your eye on, the posh puds or the traditional English scone, I’m going to show you London’s best spots for that afternoon treat to indulge in. So, here is my ultimate guide to London’s Afternoon Tea’s with locations, photos, prices and links, enjoy!

A Very Floral Afternoon Tea  at The Pelham Hotel, London

On the hunt for a cosy afternoon tea, we stumbled upon the The Pelham Hotel in Kensington, London. We sat in a snug room, and enjoyed a range of different teas along with sandwiches and lots of sweet treats. The scones were so more-ish – they were light and fluffy, and still warm in the middle, yum! The range of teas at The Pelham are never ending! They had everything from traditional teas, fruit teas and wellness teas. There is much to do in and around Kensington, including the Science Museum and the Natural History Museum, so why not end your day out with a floral afternoon tea? The Pelham is easy to get to, it’s just a one minute walk from South Kensington Station.

The Ultimate Glam Rock Afternoon Tea at K West Hotel & Spa

Next up, and one of my favourites for presentation is the Glam Rock Afternoon Tea at the K West Hotel located in Hammersmith, London. The Glam Rock theme was incredible, they really went all out with the presentation, and had the food and menu is served on a record player, and the placemats are records! The food was lovely, a huge selection of sandwhiches on a variety of breads, and the sweet treats were some of the best ones I’ve ever eaten! This afternoon tea is a perfect end for the day if you’re in the area, and a five-minute walk away from Westfield shopping centre! Easy access too as its only a two-minute walk from Shepherd’s Bush Station, and has parking too if you opt to drive. Oh, also, this hotel has an amazing spa so why not chill out there all day and then enjoy your afternoon tea?

Champagne Afternoon Tea at The OXO Tower Restaurant, Bar and Brasserie

If you’re looking for an afternoon tea with a stunning view of St. Paul’s Cathedral, I’ve found it for you. The gorgeous restaurant up in the OXO Tower hosts a delicious afternoon tea with two seperate tiers. We started with champage which is optional, and was lovely and a perfect start to the afternoon. The first tier has a range of finger sandwiches, and freshly made savoury snacks including yorkshire puddings, crab rolls, potted crayfish and quail’s eggs. I had never tried quail’s eggs before, and I’d love to have them again as they were absolutely delicious! Next up, was the scones and sweets tier which was to die for! The scones were warm and fluffly, and the selection of sweets were really really good – there was a selcetion of cake, panna cotta and tarts. The view from the restaurant was beautiful, and we were able to see it in daylight and in the dark which was perfect! There is also a balcony that you can enjoy the view from, and watch London from across the river.
